Once your application has been approved by the landlord, you will be assigned your personal Property Manager. Your Property Manager will then arrange for your leases to be signed, bond/rent to be collected for your first month.
During your tenancy, your Property Manager will be available to assist you with any maintenance/repairs, rent payment matters, lease extensions and rent increases.
Urgent maintenance & repairs should be reported to your Property Manager without delay.

Your dedicated Property Manager will advise you immediately of any maintenance or repairs that are required.
If any works need to be carried out it will only be done with your approval and by a company approved tradespeople. With all major works, three quotes will be obtained for your approval.
